2-night minimum on weekends. 3-night minimum on Holiday and high season weekends. Rates do not include 5.7% Massachusetts Room Tax. Rates are subject to change.
All rooms have private baths. Rates include Continental Breakfast. No children under 8 years of age except by special arrangement. No pets.
Deposits
Stays of two nights or holidays/special events, we require full payment within 7 days.
Stays of three nights or more (except holidays), we require a 50% deposit
within 7 days and balance upon arrival.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received 14 days before check-in date for any
refund. For cancellations received less than 14 days before check-in,
refunds will be made only to the extent that we are able to re-rent
the space with no loss to the inn. Early departures are treated as partial
cancellations. All refunds are subject to a 10% service fee of held
deposit. Group reservations are subject to a 30 day cancellation.
Late Arrivals
Our door is locked by 10:00 p.m. and special arrangements must be made
for late arrivals.
Accommodations
All Inn rooms are equipped with private baths, telephones, televisions
and air conditioning. Many rooms have working fireplaces, VCRs, and
remote stereo / CD players. Some rooms also have double Jacuzzis, sundecks
or patios.
Breakfast
An extensive continental breakfast buffet is included with all rooms along with afternoon tea, coffee and cordials. Our breakfast includes: fresh coffees, teas, juice, seasonal fruits, yogurts, cakes, bagels, freshly baked breads and assorted quiches. Condiments include fresh butter, cream cheese, premium jams and jellies.
Breakfast is served daily from 0730 to 0930 in the fireplaced dining room. Trays are available for guests who wish to dine in their room. In the warmer months, many guests prefer to have breakfast at one of our garden tables overlooking the pool.
Afternoon
Refreshments
During the winter months, cider and cookies are available each afternoon
in the dining room. Summer is for iced tea or lemonade. In addition,
snacks, sodas and bottled water are available 0800 to 2200 each day
at the front desk. Ice is available 24 hours in the back hallway of
the white house.
Leisure Activities
The Inn has a free video library and VCR players for the guests' use.
Our heated pool is open mid May to mid October from 0700 to 2200.
