Harbor Light Inn Dining
Our extensive continental breakfast buffet is served in the dining room each day
from 0730 to 0930. Special Sunday Smoked Salmon Platter. For those of you who crave
the morning fix of bacon, eggs, pancakes and the like, there is Marblehead’s idea
of a diner just a stone’s throw from the Inn.
We are fortunate to be located in the heart of the historic harbor district of fine
shops, galleries and great restaurants. Within an approximate area of two city blocks
from the Inn, there are 9 food service establishments. Sandwich / muffin shops, 3 seafood / steak restaurants and a romantic Italian eatery.Our Tavern is the closest and our chowder is tops!
Less than a ¼ mile there are more than a dozen more restaurants that include Thai,
Chinese, Italian, Northern Italian, Seafood, Mexican, Steakhouse, etc. Some provide
evening entertainment. Add to these, ice cream shops, pizza / sandwich shops and
gourmet coffee shops.
Many of these fine restaurants have menus in our parlor and our staff will be more
than happy to help with recommendations and reservations. |
Tavern
Also available is our intimate and popular Tavern, serving fine wines, beers and
cordials. We also offer a limited but high-quality menu highlighting local favorites
like chowder, crab cakes, shrimp, and grilled paninis. If you feel like staying
closer to home, or having a relaxing drink after an evening out, this is the way
to go. |
